Dear Sweetheart:

Just spoke to you honey + it was being in heaven for three minutes.

I love you so very much, + hope I didn't hurt you by what I had to say concerning the lack of telegrams on our anniversary. No one saw fit to send me one, + it hurt!

About this job while it doesn't pay what it should I figure on saving $2000 to 2500. Incidentally your expenses will be paid over.

ization, but they are so hopelessly inefficient its criminal. You may be sure I shall keep after it, for I am very anxious to get the matter settled + the sooner the better.

The Army will send you a list of what to bring over, which will serve as a guide.

Last night I went to a piano concert – Chopin + Debussy. Quite good but nothing to rave about.

Its so lonely Jeandear. I can't begin to tell you how much I long for you. To have you by my side — oh I want you so much.

You know my address is slightly different now — I am now with the Office of Military Gov't. for Germany (U.S.) — Rear Echelon, as OMB (U Zone)
