Dear Sweetheart —

Hubba hubba. Well you'll never know how it is. We are aft troops.

You are marvelous getting that hood for me. I sure hope you sent it first class. And other things too — that's swell.

I love you so very much. You are so lovely, so sweet. I am so fortunate in having you as my wife. I rather think, dear, that your desire for a child is a rather emotional desire at this time. Surely I want at least one & I want no other mother for my children than you. When I come back it'll be a different story.

Meanwhile we have been so fortunate, so happy & the memory will keep us going & make us strong enough to sustain our separation in addition to our anticipated bliss when we are one again.

I am enclosing my allotment forms, are record for you. I mailed my will & power of attorney already to you. I love you completely.

Your devoted husband,
Dolph
