Dear Sweetheart,

Happy Anniversary honey. If only we were together dear. It's been so very long & I miss you so very much. My love for you grows deeper with each passing day & my hope is that it shan't be much longer till I have you in my arms — for keeps.

I'm still sweating out the civilianization but feel confident now that things will move along properly now. Those no good so + so's in Berlin just don't know the score, but I think

it is straightened out now.

Nothing much of anything going on. Mostly I'm just holding my breath till this civilianization comes through.

The weather is beautiful, but it doesn't mean a thing without you.

I'm so lonely.

I hope you are well dear. I love you so very much.

Your devoted husband,
Dolph
