Air Mail Stationery — Germany Dolph's Letter #47

Dear Sweetheart

How are you dear?

Nothing much going on except teaching a few hours of teaching — a farce — these men are veterans — what are you going to tell them except swap hints which we do.

Outside of that sit around & read or talk. Can't go to the movies each night as the "theatre" is too small & the movie has to be held for two nights. But complain — God no! I am quite comfortable & the situation is very easy to tolerate.

Played a little bridge last night — won all of 20 francs. One fellow is a professional bridge player — impossible to even compare myself with him. He's really good. Hope the situation will arise whereby I can get him to teach me. Have you been playing bridge?

So the time passes quite easily + all I do is pray for our reunion. I love you so very much.

Please take good care of yourself. I love you;

Your devoted husband, Dolph
